I Made it Films is an independent production company led by Daniel Florêncio and Nefeli Zygopoulou, developing international films that engage with themes of migration, identity, information and power.
Our debut feature Chasing Robert Barker was made on a modest budget and went on to secure global distribution and multiple awards. Our recent work includes In the Black, starring David Harewood, supported by Telefilm Canada, CBC and Ontario Creates, currently in post-production, and The Dreams of Pepe, a documentary on former Uruguayan President José Mujica, premiering at the Rio Film Festival.
Our slate includes 6 to 12 Volts, a Greek–UK co-production, and Once Upon a Time in the Forest, an environmental action western co-directed with Indigenous Brazilian filmmaker Takumã Kuikuro.
Whether developing original stories or adapting international works, our narratives transcend borders, resonating globally. We are committed to crafting films that challenge, inspire, and bridge divides — reflecting our belief in cinema's power to inspire change.
